Is Bush still fit for duty?

I chose a composition about the way President Bush's approval rating has decreased as the years of his presidency have gone by. The illustration shows President Bush laying in a hospital room with doctors next to him lookin at his chart, his chart shows a chart of his approval rating decreasing and Bush is saying, "You stated I'm fit for duty!" I found this illustration to be extreamly entertaining and true. I am not a big fan of President Bush and what the United States has become since he has taken seat in the office. I feel this illustration shows how many Americans feel about President Bush's performance since he has taken office.
